The main purpose would be self-defense. Other main reasons would be good health. Develop confidence. Have a good understanding of yourself and your environment.

What does it take to develop good Karate Skills?

Mostly time and determination. If you have been involved in any type of sport or art you must put in your time. Learning to play an instrument, ballet, dance, football, baseball. All of these take time and determination to learn and improve. This type of focus will translate in to work, education and other activities.

Come in and join today you won't be disappointed.
